Each tenant can connect own devices via WiFi or LAN cable, as many as needed. This “WiFi-router for each tenant” approach exhibits excellent economic advantages.
You want to offer seamless WiFi service in common areas, such as kitchens or public areas? Our service “WiFi in Public Areas” allows you exactly that. We install and operate the necessary infrastructure and take care of the necessary management. We usually rely on Cisco Meraki carrier-grade equipment, which allows several alternative access types:
- Open WiFi – Your tenants get open access to the WiFi to the network providing always-on connectivity.
- Closed WiFi – You can run your own WiFi to provides access for your janitors, employees or guests
In order to allow WiFi coverage in the entire residential area including all private and public space, we install and maintain the necessary amount of WiFi Access Points. Reliable Cisco Meraki carrier-grade equipment guarantees the required quality. If your tenants need wired internet access, we can provide them with Cisco Meraki Hospitality Access Points. These Access Points are also equipped with a 4-port switch, which allows tenants to plug in their LAN cable.
